Ok I just found this out if you open your puffle’s player card just don’t close it yet thenopen your player card then go to the HQ then when you arrive at the HQ you still see your puffles player card!!!

Wear the firefighter suit and the hat and press D and your penguin will hold a hose and water will come out of it!!!
